GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. It's been a good ride. We've put our best foot forward and given all efforts to succeeding, but we're just not able to make it work. Details of the going out of business sale are as follows: we are offering 30% off of in-stock merchandise, including signed and rare books. Exceptions apply for previously special ordered items and for used book purchases on store credit. We will not be ordering any more books effective immediately. If you have ordered something previously and gotten a confirmation, you will still get it. Keep reading for more minutiae.

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY. We will happily honor these until August 1 and make every effort to ensure this is publicized. Store credit purchases will not be subject to discount. We will not accept any more used books, effective immediately.

OTHER DISCOUNTS AND FREQUENT READER POLICY. We will not be able to honor any additional discounts or frequent reader cards during our going out of business period.

JULY FRIDAY FOR THE ARTS. Join us for our final Friday For the Arts as local author and Central Virginia paranormal expert Pamela Kinney talks ghost stories! Her newest books are Haunted Virginia and Haunted Richmond. She will discuss and sign copies of both. 8:00 pm on July 10th.

BOOK CLUB BOOK OF THE MONTH. The book club WILL MEET on July 14th for our final meeting. This month's book is David Benioff's City Of Thieves, and I highly recommend it. Bring your best book-inspired food to the meeting, and let's enjoy our final one.

WRITING GROUP. The writing group will meet in July for our final meeting. July 30 at 7 pm. We'll discuss writing that shows, rather than tells, about characters and alternative meeting opportunities.

CHILDREN'S STORY HOUR WILL NOT MEET AGAIN.
